This page explains what happens before you pay, what each fee is for, and when hospital or travel costs may apply.

Free Consultation

Message us by WhatsApp or email and tell us what is happening: diagnosis, symptoms, treatment goal, city, timing, and whether you already have medical records.

  • No obligation and no cost at this stage.
  • We tell you what information is missing before any paid step.

Medical Record Review

When your case is ready for deeper preparation, we organize your reports, imaging, medication list, and history for hospital-facing review.

  • Medical record evaluation and translation: usually $300-$500.
  • Includes medical translation, clinical summary, and specialist matching.
  • Credited 100% toward the coordination service fee if you proceed.

Specialist Remote Evaluation

If a hospital or specialist route is appropriate, we help request an evaluation slot and coordinate the remote review when available.

  • Hospital registration fee is set by the hospital.
  • Evaluation coordination fee is usually $100-$200.
  • If you are not a suitable candidate or we cannot arrange the promised evaluation, the coordination fee is refundable.

Confirm Plan & Prepare Travel

After the route is confirmed, we prepare the travel plan, hospital timing, hotel options, airport pickup, and the final coordination quote.

  • Travel booking fee is charged at actual booking cost.
  • If you are paying privately, the hospital may request a medical pre-payment.
  • Coordination service fee is quoted once the scope is clear.

Treatment & Recovery in China

Our local team supports you from arrival through hospital visits, translation, admission assistance, discharge coordination, hotel check-in, and recovery logistics.

  • Different trained team members may support different parts of your trip.
  • Hotel, transport, and third-party services are paid from your travel booking fee.

Follow-Up As Needed

Your ongoing care remains with your local physician. If needed, we can help re-engage the China specialist for remote follow-up and confirm any extra cost in writing first.

  • Your local doctor can be included when appropriate.
  • Follow-up is optional and case-dependent.

Pay only the quoted amount after we confirm the next step.

We do not use a one-size-fits-all payment button. Your amount depends on the stage: record translation, remote specialist evaluation, hospital pre-payment, travel booking, or coordination service. We calculate the amount, send it to you in writing, and you can pay through the secure payment window.

  • Written quote first: we explain what the payment is for before you pay.
  • Separate cost categories: hospital, hotel, transport, translation, coordination, and optional travel are explained separately wherever possible.

Refund Principles

We confirm refund rules in writing before you make each payment.

Medical travel involves hospitals, hotels, transport providers, and scheduling constraints. The rules below are the operating framework; the exact written quote or invoice will always control the final terms for your case.

If You Are Not A Candidate

Evaluation coordination can be refunded when you are not suitable or when the promised evaluation cannot be arranged. Hospital registration is usually not refundable once the hospital books the slot.

If You Cancel For Personal Reasons

Refunds depend on timing and third-party rules. Hotel, transport, and travel costs follow supplier cancellation policies. Coordination refunds reduce as the trip gets closer.

If We Cannot Deliver

If we fail to deliver a paid service within the promised scope, the related payment is refunded. Approved refunds are normally processed within 14 business days after written cancellation notice.

Medical Records

Diagnosis, imaging, lab reports, pathology reports, medication list, allergies, and past treatment history if available.

Travel Window

Preferred arrival date, possible length of stay, city preference, family companions, mobility limits, and recovery needs.

Support Preference

Tell us whether you want medical coordination only or a full plan including hotel, private vehicle, translation, and optional travel.
